I’m Raman Sanghera,

The creator of Nutritionist Mamma — a mom of four, a woman who’s walked her own long path with weight and nutrition, and someone who deeply understands how overwhelming it can feel to take care of yourself while you’re taking care of everyone else.

My story with food and my body didn’t start with confidence.
It started with struggle.

I grew up battling my weight, carrying comments, shame, and diet culture more heavily than any number on a scale. I tried extreme diets, lost weight in ways that weren’t healthy, gained it back, and spent years trapped in a cycle of restriction, overeating, and “starting again on Monday.”

Everything shifted when I stepped into nutrition from a place of understanding rather than punishment.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics & Nutrition, and learning how a woman’s body actually works — her metabolism, hormones, hunger cues, and stress response — changed everything for me. And later, becoming a mom, navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the chaos of raising four little ones, taught me how to translate that science into something simple, doable, and real.

Today, that’s exactly what I help women do.

I teach women how to rebuild their relationship with food, create balanced meals, understand their bodies, and build systems that are realistic — not restrictive.
No starving.
No shame.
No complicated rules.
Just structure, education, and habits that fit into the reality of motherhood.

My mission is simple:
To help women feel at home in their bodies again — not through quick fixes, but through knowledge, consistency, and a foundation that actually lasts.

My Approach

I believe nutrition should feel simple, supportive, and sustainable — not restrictive or overwhelming.

My approach is grounded in my academic background in Dietetics & Nutrition and shaped by my lived experience as a mom of four. I teach women how to fuel their bodies properly, understand their hormones, and build habits that fit real life — school drop-offs, busy evenings, social events, and everything in between.
